  • 3:00pm Join a dynamic team in Grayslake, IL in the metals and machine shop industry as an Assembler, where you'll contribute to the creation of precision components for various customers.

Assembler Responsibilities:
  • Follow supervisor or manager instructions regarding work priorities, schedules, and cross-training opportunities
  • Assemble small parts and components accurately using appropriate tools and equipment
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and detailed drawings to ensure product quality
  • Conduct visual inspections for quality and identify, report, and correct non-conforming parts
  • Use safety gear correctly and maintain a clean, organized work area to promote a safe work environment
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance assembly skills and knowledge of work instructions
  • Meet production demand efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality Requirements for
Assembler:
  • Ability to sit comfortably for 8 hours or more with scheduled breaks
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds regularly
  • Possess fine motor skills and manual dexterity to manipulate small parts and components
  • Good visual and auditory perception to communicate effectively with team members
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and oral instructions
  • Repetitive finger movements to pick up and assemble small parts
