ASSEMBLERS

for a manufacturing client located in Joliet, IL. This company manufactures parts for the construction and transportation industries. 1ST SHIFT 7:00am-3:30pm

M-F Pay:

$17+/hr (DOE)

The

ASSEMBLER

is responsible for assembling material, sorting orders with corresponding hardware, visual quality inspection, preparing orders to ship, and other related duties. You will be the FINAL step in production!

Job Duties:

Assemble material per pick list instructions Package all items per pick list instructions Label items with heat or lot numbers and proper shipping labels Report any discrepancies on picking list to immediate supervisor Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities:

Solid written and oral communication skills (must be able to communicate in English Bilingual in Spanish

PREFERRED

Basic computer skills Ability to multi-task and handle tasks with competing priorities effectively Detail-oriented, excellent organization and time management skills Basic math skills Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs. At least 6 months previous warehouse and/or manufacturing experience Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to submit an up-to-date resume for immediate consideration!
