  • 3:30pm Our client in Libertyville, IL is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Lighting Assemblers to join their 1st shift manufacturing team.
The Lighting Assembler is responsible for building, wiring, and inspecting lighting fixtures and related components to ensure each product meets company quality and safety standards. Apply now!
Assembler Responsibilities:
  • Assemble lighting fixtures, brackets, wiring harnesses, and related parts according to production instructions and schematics
  • Perform basic electrical wiring, fastening, and labeling of components
  • Inspect assembled parts for quality and accuracy before packaging
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and effectively
  • Report defective or missing materials to the line supervisor
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
  • Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining quality
  • Assist with inventory control and material handling when needed
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Requirements for
Assembler:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, especially in lighting or electrical components
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and work orders
  • Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
