Cleanroom Assembly Technician YOH Services LLC 401(k) United States, Illinois, Lincolnshire Jun 17, 2026 Yoh is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleanroom Assembly Technician
to support the manufacturing of single-use medical assemblies in a controlled production environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, thrive in a team-oriented setting, and are passionate about contributing to products that support the healthcare and life sciences industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, cleaning, inspecting, and packaging components while adhering to strict cleanroom, quality, and safety standards.

Pay:
$20/hr. Key Responsibilities Assemble, clean, and package single-use assemblies according to engineering documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Operate manufacturing equipment, measuring equipment, and heat sealers to ensure product quality and accuracy
Follow cleanroom procedures and cGMP guidelines to maintain ISO Class 7 standards
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and report safety incidents, near misses, or hazards
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support process enhancement efforts
Escalate process or product concerns to help prevent scrap, rework, and customer issues
Maintain organization and cleanliness of workstations and shared production areas using 6S principles
Support inventory accuracy by properly handling and returning unused materials, tracking expiring raw material, and ad hoc inventory control practices
Adhere to
ISO 9001
2015 quality standards and internal manufacturing requirements
Meet production schedules and complete assigned work orders within established timeframes
Accurately complete production records and required documentation for each operation
Promote a "right the first time" approach to manufacturing quality
Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent
0 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or a cleanroom environment
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings or technical documents
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices Work Environment Fast-paced manufacturing and cleanroom setting
Requires standing for extended periods and following strict safety and cleanliness protocols
Use of PPE is required at all times in designated production areas #
