Posted 04/2026 Job Description Job Summary Responsibilities of this position include: Performs basic stripping operations of coverings from existing interior panels and re-cover with new materials Repair damaged interior panels as directed Strip coverings from existing interior panels and re-cover with new materials Able to lead and direct disassemble and reassemble aircraft interiors Cut, fit and install aircraft carpeting as required. Works with team in order to complete established goals Repair damaged interior panels if directed by the Interior Install Crew Chief. Top candidates will possess: Willingness to work on a team with both experienced technicians and mentor junior technicians with a calm demeanor Ability to communicate well in straightforward situations Organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment Excellent workmanship aptitude and a desire to initiate improvements Other requirements include: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to attain and retain AOA badge or Airport requirements 2+ plus years interior Install/removal (aircraft, automotive, yacht, or RV) experience preferred Job and company information not to be copied, shared, scraped, or otherwise disseminated without explicit consent of JSfirm, LLC.
