Corp is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Assembler to support our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, reading blueprints, and assembling mechanical components that result in durable, high-performance equipment. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and tape measurements accurately. Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to specifications. Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively. Follow verbal and written instructions to meet production and quality standards. Inspect assembled components to ensure accuracy and workmanship. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficiency and quality. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Demonstrate consistent attendance and a positive, team-focused attitude. Required Skills Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools. Ability to read measurements and understand technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Required Knowledge Basic assembly techniques and shop safety practices. Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments. Knowledge of common measurement tools such as tape measures and calipers. General understanding of mechanical components and fitment. Ability to Implement Skills and Knowledge Apply blueprint and measurement information to real-world assembly tasks. Adapt to changing priorities and production needs. Learn new processes and skills through hands-on training. Maintain organization, accuracy, and cleanliness in daily work. Contribute positively to team goals and production deadlines.
