This role involves working with detailed diagrams, utilizing hand and power tools, and conducting quality inspections to ensure the highest standards are maintained. Proven soldering experience with printer wire boards Knowledge of J-STD certification standards Ability to interpret diagrams and technical drawings Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, jigs, and saws Basic understanding of quality control procedures Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Nice toHave Skills:
Experience working on electronic and mechanical assemblies Prior experience assembling modules, boards, panels, or cables Familiarity with testing and reworking prototype assemblies Ability to perform continuity checks and basic inspectionsPreferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in electronics or mechanical assembly within the aerospace or electronics manufacturing sectors Prior soldering experience with a focus on wire boards and certification standardsOther Requirements:
