Required Skills:

Proven soldering experience with printer wire boards Knowledge of J-STD certification standards Ability to interpret diagrams and technical drawings Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, jigs, and saws Basic understanding of quality control procedures Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Nice to

Have Skills:

Experience working on electronic and mechanical assemblies Prior experience assembling modules, boards, panels, or cables Familiarity with testing and reworking prototype assemblies Ability to perform continuity checks and basic inspections

Preferred Education and Experience:
