$20.00 / hour Description ASC is looking for a skilled Assembler to connect components, fasten parts and subassemblies to create our valves. You will maintain a safe, clean work environment, and ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. Ability to read instructions represented in manuals, drawings, blueprints and follow them with precision is extremely important. Experience with tools such as pneumatic tools, wrenches is required along with operating a forklift and the ability to lift heavy material up to 50 pounds How You Will Help Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates, SOP or reading measurements. Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies. Verifies specifications by measuring completed component. Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Documents actions by completing production and quality forms. Test valves utilizing hydrostatic testers. Work well with individual and with orders. Perform other duties as assigned by the lead, supervisor or manager. What You Will You Bring Experience with tools such as pneumatic tools, wrenches is required. Assembly valve experience is a plus. Requires standing. Repetitive use of both hands. Requires pushing/pulling/lifting (up to 50 lbs.) Blueprint/Drawing reading is a plus. Use of Jib cranes is a plus.

Starting pay rate $20.00 per hour Quarterly Bonus based on team and individual goals Health benefits, 401k and Paid Holidays 40 hours of paid personal time (prorated) Vacation accrual - Two weeks per year
