6:00am-4:00pm QPS Employment Group has a great Assembler position available at a company in Roscoe, IL. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire. Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Organizing workstation and evaluating workstation for safety daily.
- Assembling large and small units according to customer specifications at a quick pace.
- Following step by step written and on-screen directions to assemble dispenser units.
- Rotating workstations every two hours to perform different assembly processes may be required.
- Using hand and Pneumatic power tools including a torque gun.
- Soldering and gluing parts may be required during assembly process.
Assembler Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs continuously throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to bend, twist, and reach continuously.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements.
- Some assembly experience required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions in English.
- Ability to read blueprints and have good mechanical aptitude preferred.
