• Saturdays and overtime as needed About the Job Assemble mechanical and electrical components using drawings, schematics, hand tools, and power tools. All candidates must complete an in-person assembly assessment during the interview process. Duties/Responsibilities
• Interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, assembly instructions, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams .
• Assemble a variety of mechanical and electrical components using manual, air-driven, and battery-powered tools.
• Install switches, sensors, connectors, and wiring harnesses.
• Verify dimensions, alignment, fit, functionality, and quality of assembled parts.
• Perform basic mechanical adjustments and alignments.
• Conduct operating tests according to product checklists.
• Use feeler gauges, hand tools, arbor presses, and hand trucks.
• Perform visual inspections and identify and correct assembly defects or discrepancies.
• Document assembly processes, test results, quality issues, and daily production data.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment using 6S principles .
• Communicate effectively and assist with training less-qualified employees. Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of assembly experience.
• Electrical and mechanical experience required.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong adaptability, communication, attention to detail, listening, energy, and integrity.
