General Production Worker 🔧 Assembly | Manufacturing | Career Growth Opportunity Build a Career in Advanced Manufacturing! Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a stable opportunity with room to grow? We're seeking General Production Workers to join our team assembling turbocharger components in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on production role where you'll work with tools, machinery, and high-quality components while receiving the training and support needed to succeed. What You'll Do Key Responsibilities Assemble turbocharger components and subassemblies following work instructions and manufacturing procedures. Utilize hand tools, power tools, wrenches, and electric tools to complete assembly operations. Place parts into fixtures and safely handle materials throughout the production process. Operate basic machinery and production equipment efficiently and safely. Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining quality and productivity standards. Rotate between workstations approximately every three hours to support production needs. Lift components into and out of machines and secure parts using electric tools. Conduct visual inspections to identify defects and ensure product quality. Follow standard operating procedures and production processes consistently. Read and understand written work instructions to complete daily tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Qualifications Required Skills Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with hand and power tools. Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written instructions and established production processes. Dependable work history with consistent attendance and stable employment. Preferred Experience Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience. Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Familiarity with production lines and repetitive assembly work. Strong safety mindset and commitment to following procedures. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.90/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
