Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working within a fast-paced factory environment, assembling products with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience with assembly line processes, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with various hand and power tools. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop manufacturing skills and grow within a dynamic facility committed to quality and safety. Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30
PM Pay:
$21.25
Responsibilities:
Follow guidance from specified process instructions, blueprints, and verbalized instructions from other team members to perform assembly tasks. Work safely and without injury. Perform disassembly and cleaning. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Utilize hand and power tools, builds sub-assemblies, mounts components and parts to assemblies. May rotate into other positions within the team or to another team as required to meet production requirements. Understand and perform to all quality regulations, standards and policies, including but not limited to
ISO 9001
2015 and
AAR M-1003.
Follow work procedures and ensure highest level of quality. May participate in defining strategies to meet quality objectives and in system reviews within the team. Participate in team meetings as required (safety, problem solving, etc.). Problem-solves individually or as part of a group as job duties require. Responsible for prompt and regular attendance as scheduled and may be required to work overtime.
Qualifications/Requirements:

Must possess basic reading, writing, and computation skills. Ability to continuously improve and learn new skills. Must possess good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers. Ability to effectively problem-solve Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
