Job Description

Basic Qualifications:
' Ability to perform basic math ' add, subtract, multiply whole numbers, fractions and decimals ' Strong orientation toward quality, safety and continuous improvement ' Strong attention to detail ' Desire to learn new skills and improve technical knowledge ' Ability to read and understand procedure, routers and instruction ' Flexibility in work assignments ' Demonstrated ability to effectively implement or respond to change ' Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
' Must be able to continuously perform grasping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking ' Must be able to handle continuous standing 8-10 hours daily ' Must be able to perform frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work daily, weekly overtime and weekend as required
Salary:
' $1,250 sign on bonus ' Pay starts at $19.00 plus shift premium totaling $21.50 ' Eligible for annual bonuses
Position Overview:
As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll be part of our team located in Skokie, IL on 2 nd Shift.
Key Responsibilities:
' Safely perform a variety of assembly operations, complying with all environmental, health and safety policies and procedures ' Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment following established Standard Operating Procedures ' Assist with line set ups, start up and maintaining a clean and orderly work area ' Maintain quality standards as described in the quality system by visually inspect parts, components and subassemblies ' Recognize and solve minor problems that arise ' Perform any necessary material handling requirements of the job Perform other duties that may be assigned
