• $18•19/hr Job Description We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team, working under the general supervision of the Cell Leader.

This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work with very small parts, and comfort with repetitive, hands-on tasks throughout the entire shift. Patience and the ability to follow step-by-step processes are essential for success in this position. Responsibilities Assemble tiny lenses into small components using precision techniques. Apply adhesive to components and accurately place lenses. Allow assembled parts to cure for 24 hours before adding additional lenses. Repeatedly install one lens at a time as part of a structured assembly process. Handle and organize materials received from multiple vendors. Clean small parts and surrounding materials before and after assembly. Follow detailed work instructions and adhere to quality standards. Perform precise assembly tasks consistently throughout the day. Essential Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in assembly. Basic computer skills using Windows, Word, and Excel. Ability to work independently and prioritize workflow following the pre-determined schedule. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and quality. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in assembly, electronics, medical device, or clean-room environments is a plus. Good understanding of quality standards and product configuration. Steady hands and ability to work with very small parts. Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work for the entire shift. For example, you can work from 6am-2:30pm, 7am-3:30pm, 8am-4:30pm, or 9am-5:30pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sugar Grove, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00
