Role and Responsibilities We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll assemble high-precision industrial couplings for demanding motion control and power transmission applications. You will perform assembly operations accurately, efficiently, and consistently to meet stringent product standards.Main Activities:
Follow work instructions and assembly procedures to assemble coupling products. Install fasteners, inserts, and components using hand and power tools. Perform mechanical assembly tasks with hand tools, power tools, and specialized industrial equipment. Apply labels to products neatly and consistently. Use bonding equipment for assembling bellows style couplings. Verify dimensions with calipers, plug gauges, and other measuring equipment. Conduct visual and functional inspections to ensure products meet quality standards. Promptly identify and report quality issues or suggest process improvements.Additional Desired Skills/Qualities:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace; follow 5S and Lean manufacturing principles. Meet daily production goals while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Assist with handling heavy or bulky items, using proper safety techniques to prevent injury. Ability to work independently and in teams. Strong attention to detail and product quality.Location:

$21- $23/hr, based on experience
