Responsibilities:
Key ResponsibilitiesAssembly Operations:
Work hands-on with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and small components to assemble and sub-assemble defense products according to written specifications.Quality & Precision:
Maintain high attention to detail, distinguish wiring and component colors, and ensure precise sub-assembly fitment.Cross-Training & Flexibility:
Cross-train across multiple stations and rotate job duties within a collaborative team environment.Production & Safety:
Meet daily output goals while following all safety procedures and maintaining an organized work area Working hours: 5:30 AM - 3:30PM Skills:
Preferred Qualifications & Skills Manufacturing Experience:
1+ years of warehouse, assembly, or light manufacturing experience preferred.Education:
High School Diploma or GED preferred (not required).Tool & Hardware Familiarity:
Previous experience with small parts assembly, hand toolsEducation:
High School Experience:
1-4 yearsQualifications:
Required Qualifications & SkillsU.S. Citizenship /Authorization:

Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English, perform basic math, and communicate effectively with team members.Manual Dexterity & Vision:
Good mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity for fine motor tasks, and full color vision (ability to distinguish component and wiring colors).Physical Capability:
Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive movements, and lift 10 lbs regularly, 25 lbs frequently, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.Work Ethic:
