Work hands-on with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and small components to assemble and sub-assemble defense products according to written specifications.

Quality & Precision:

Maintain high attention to detail, distinguish wiring and component colors, and ensure precise sub-assembly fitment.

Cross-Training & Flexibility:

Cross-train across multiple stations and rotate job duties within a collaborative team environment.

Production & Safety:

Meet daily output goals while following all safety procedures and maintaining an organized work area Working hours: 5:30 AM - 3:30

PM Skills:

Preferred Qualifications & Skills Manufacturing Experience:

1+ years of warehouse, assembly, or light manufacturing experience preferred.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED preferred (not required).

Tool & Hardware Familiarity:

Previous experience with small parts assembly, hand tools
