Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Container Repair Associate to join our fast paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying defects and repairing. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand tools, and experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
Responsibilities Inspection & Diagnosis:
Audit containers to check for damage, or defects and determine necessary repairs.
Structural & Component Repair:
Perform replacement of whatever part is defective; ie foam, doors, bases, latches shocks, casters.
Documentation:
Log all repairs, parts usage, and inspections onto a repair log. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly Assist in inventory management by labeling, sorting, and storing materials appropriately Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve workflow processes Support continuous improvement initiatives related to packaging procedures and quality assurance Requirements Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environments preferred Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools effectively Basic understanding of packaging processes within a manufacturing setting Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is advantageous Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks If you are motivated by precision work, safety compliance, and contributing to high-quality product assembly, we encourage you to apply today.
