Assembler (1st shift)

Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a prominent company in the Garrett, IN is seeking Assemblers to join their team

Production Operator Job Summary:

Pay:

$17 - $17.50 All Shifts Available Assembling light components including wiring, fixtures and hardware to schematics. Perform basic quality checks on finished product. Meet production goals. Adhere to proper production processes. Follow all safety guidelines. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Perform repetitive tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Production Operator Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED is required. Previous production experience is preferred. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying materials weighing up to 35Ibs but average 20Ibs. Standing, bending and stooping and reach for extended periods of time. Must work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines. Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as diagrams and blueprints. Must meet physical job requirements and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
