ELECTRIC MOTORS AND SPECIALTIES

(EM&S) in Garrett Indiana is a local family-owned company and has set the pace as a leader in manufacturing high-quality Unit Bearing Fan Motors for a variety of commercial and residential refrigeration applications. We are looking to fill positions in our Final Assembly Department. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. What will I be doing as an assembler?

• Work in a team to assemble all of the components to create the finished motor; box assembly for packaging; pack final product.
• Ensure all quality standards are met as required by our ISO specifications.
• Assist other operation team members with production duties as needed.

• You must be able to bend down, reach overhead, occasionally lift/carry up to 30lbs and push/pull pallet jacks, regularly work on repetitive tasks, regularly use hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects, good vision, regularly carry/lift 10 lbs. or less, (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.)

  Pay rate is $14/hour and you are paid WEEKLY!!
• Benefits after 90 days, insurance after 60 days

Hours:

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Saturdays 6am-12pm as needed/voluntary.
