Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for reliable, hands-on team members to help assemble automotive units in a fast-paced production environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with steady full-time hours on second shift. No experience or diploma is required, but you should be comfortable following clear procedures, working safely, and keeping pace in a team setting.WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assemble automotive units in a production environment.
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
- Work safely and efficiently on second shift.
- Perform repetitive lifting, bending, standing, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.
- Support production needs, including overtime and Saturday work when required.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; no experience required.
- No high school diploma or GED required.
- Available to work Monday through Friday from 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM.
- Available to work up to 2 hours of overtime daily and on Saturdays when production requires it.
- Able to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs repetitively.
- Able to stand for the duration of the shift and perform repetitive movements.
- Able to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
- Able to provide required I-9 right-to-work documents.
- Able to complete pre-screen assessments before placement.
- Able to pass E-Verify and a 10-panel drug screen that includes THC.
- Able to travel to Greensburg, Indiana on a daily basis.
- Must not have any violent or drug-related felonies in the last 10 years.
- Previous employment at the Greensburg automotive plant is not eligible.
