Machine Operator / Line Worker

Machine Operator / Line Worker Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a leading plastic packaging manufacturer in Hamlet, IN, is now hiring Machine Operators / Line Workers to join their team!

Pay:

$14.00/hour Days & $15 Nights ( $4 Pay Increase after 90 days)

Shift:

Swing 12 hr.

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Job Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machinery producing plastic buckets on an assembly line Remove finished buckets from conveyor lines and stack per order specifications Attach handles, lids, or fittings using tools or automated equipment Inspect products for defects (cracks, print issues, shape irregularities) Count, organize, and palletize finished products for shipment Wrap and label completed pallets according to requirements Maintain production speed while ensuring quality standards Perform basic machine checks and report any mechanical issues Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures Manage the full cycle of plastic bucket production
