Job Description

Join Our Manufacturing Team! We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Production Associates / Assemblers to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble products, inspect quality, operate production equipment, and help ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, warehouse, machine operation, or general labor who enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions and quality standards Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently Perform visual and functional quality inspections throughout the assembly process Identify and report defective materials, parts, or equipment issues to supervisors Maintain production goals while ensuring accuracy and product quality Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Follow all company policies, procedures, and workplace safety guidelines Work collaboratively with team members to improve productivity and efficiency Assist with other production and manufacturing duties as assigned Qualifications Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred Ability to use hand tools and basic production equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
