You support our team as Assembler Responsibilities Follow all safety standards and initiatives, including PPE requirements, LOTO, Open Eyes, and guidance from the Green Binder/PPE map. Adhere to the escalation process by reporting issues to the Line Leader first, then the Supervisor if needed. Execute tasks according to standard work procedures and documentation in the Document Library. Maintain flexibility as a multi-skilled operator, able to perform various tasks as required by the organization. Report all quality concerns related to material, machine, method, and manpower (4Ms) using the ANDON system or direct communication. Support production through additional tasks (e.g., cleaning, material preparation, pre-folding) while following safety, quality, and work instructions. Complete required reporting, follow 5S and attendance policies, and actively participate in HSE, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong manual dexterity and ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English or Spanish. Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene practices in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read, write, and follow directions from supervisors accurately and consistently.
