You support our team as Light Industrial Assembler Responsibilities Assemble filtration products according to production schedules, work instructions, and established procedures. Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet customer and company specifications. Safely work within manufacturing environments, including areas where fiberglass-containing products are produced, while using required personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to support efficient production operations. Accurately record production activities and promptly communicate quality, equipment, or production concerns to the appropriate team members. Collaborate with coworkers and participate in continuous improvement efforts to support productivity, quality, and operational excellence. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or related experience is helpful but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy and attention to detail. Basic math, measurement, and hand tool skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and safely lift, bend, and move throughout the workday.
