Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire About the Role Crown Staffing is hiring a skilled Senior Assembly Technician to support advanced manufacturing operations in the Jeffersonville / Clarksville area. In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting complex mechanical systems while supporting production efficiency and team performance. This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician who enjoys hands-on work and is looking to grow in a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble complex mechanical systems according to engineering specifications Read and interpret blueprints, including tolerances and material requirements Operate tools and equipment such as torque wrenches, forklifts, cranes, and measuring devices Assist with or lead assembly of equipment including conveyors, motors, drives, and pulleys Select and verify correct components such as fasteners, bearings, and fabricated parts Troubleshoot and resolve assembly or performance issues Perform and document quality checks to ensure standards are met Support continuous improvement and workflow efficiency Mentor and assist team members with best practices Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Requirements Minimum of 3 years of assembly or mechanical experience Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints Advanced mechanical aptitude and system knowledge Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Experience with material handling equipment preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and organizational skills Why Work With This Opportunity Once hired on, employees may be eligible for: Competitive pay with growth opportunities Health and wellness benefits Stable, full-time schedule Opportunities for advancement and skill development About Crown Staffing Crown Staffing connects hardworking professionals with meaningful career opportunities.
