This role focuses on equipment installation, PLC troubleshooting, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity during equipment launch. Key Responsibilities Review equipment designs and support vendor buyoffs Install, commission, and validate production equipment Troubleshoot and modify PLC programs (Toyopuc, Allen-Bradley, etc.) Perform safety, quality, and productivity checks Support equipment trials, adjustments, and startup activities Train maintenance teams on new equipment Provide technical support across plant and vendor locations Requirements (Top Skills) 2+ years PLC programming/troubleshooting (Toyopuc, Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) Strong knowledge of electrical circuits & industrial controls Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings Technical degree, trade school, or equivalent experience Willingness to travel and work overtime Preferred Industrial maintenance or automotive experience Robot or AGV/AMR programming knowledge Experience with industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, ProfiNet, etc.)
