Focus:
Basic assembly operations Perform routine assembly using written instructions or samples Assemble small components (screws, clips, springs, etc.) Operate simple machines and perform basic soldering Inspect parts, report defects, and maintain work area Track production output and meet performance targets What it takes: 2-3 months to proficiency Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Assembly III (Intermediate)

Advanced assembly & testing Perform complex assembly and calibration tasks Interpret product variations and configurations Conduct leak testing and Hi-Pot testing Package and label finished goods Use hand and power tools with greater precision What it takes: 3-6 months to proficiency Ability to follow detailed instructions and troubleshoot minor issues Assembly IV (Advanced)
