Entry Assembler

Position Cashco has one opening for an Entry Level Assembler. Summary An Entry Level Assembler must have a great attitude, ability to learn quickly and can adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently assemble quality production parts using hand tools, power tools, or machinery in a safe manner Troubleshooting issues that arise during the assembly process and help implement solutions to ensure a smooth workflow Identify and report any defects or issues at any given time Follow safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized working environment Effectively meeting production goals in a timely manner Communicating with other employees and supervisors as necessary May be responsible for training new employees and providing guidance to less experienced

Assemblers Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Must have the ability to read blueprints and understand the assembly process Must possess basic computer knowledge Must have a technical aptitude and an understanding of mechanical principles The ability to communicate openly in a team environment Strong attention to detail along with organizational and problem-solving skills Candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks daily
