Harper, KS (100% onsite; not eligible for remote work)

Immediately Qualifications Positive attitude with emotional intelligence Effective communication and organizational skills Mechanical aptitude and ability to apply mechanical understanding Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and assembly schematics Team-oriented with strong communication skills Able to lift 50+ lbs Capable of standing for the duration of the shift Proficient in using hand and power tools (e.g., drills, grinders, impacts) Willingness to be cross-trained in all areas of the assembly process Responsibilities Assemble and crate whole goods in Final Assembly (Ag and Turf products) Follow and meet all quality checklist requirements Operate specialized tools as required for specific assignments Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Perform other duties as assigned Schedule & Compensation 40+ hour work week Overtime requires supervisor approval Some Saturday work may be required Wage commensurate with experience Pre-Hire Requirements Background check Drug screening Physical To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
