Elco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Welding Fabricator in a commercial/manufacturing setting. Candidates must meet the job requirements and fully complete the application to be considered for the position.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Willingness to work as a functional and reliable part of our team
- Must be punctual
- Must be self-motivated
- Ability to maintain positive attitude
- Willingness to work overtime as required per production schedules
Education and Experience:
- Ability to pass required entry-level welding test
- Ability to read and understand a tape measure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate good math skills
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as well as stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat and walk on a regular basis.
- Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Must wear gloves, eyes & ear protection and adhere to safety procedures at all times.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Environment:
- Our work schedule is as follows: 9 hour shift Monday - Thursday 4 hour shift Friday
- Employee is subject to temperatures in excess of 90 degrees F in the summer months
