As a key player in our operations, you will ensure that our aircraft meet the highest safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft components and systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Document inspection findings and maintain accurate records of inspections performed. Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues found during inspections. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance inspection processes. Assist in the development and implementation of inspection procedures and protocols. Provide training and guidance to junior inspectors and maintenance personnel as needed. Qualifications Use and interpret drawings, inspection manuals and specifications, shop mathematics precision measuring instruments, specialized inspection machines, tools and equipment necessary to accomplish work assignments Experience working with Quality Management System Policies and Procedures Working knowledge of Company Policies, Procedures and Specifications Overall working knowledge of production processes Good communication skills written and verbal Good computing skills Maintain certifications as required Follow Inspection (shop) procedures to accept or reject processes/parts/assemblies Verify that tools are qualified Prepare and maintain Quality records Work across equivalent or lower-level Inspector job codes as required
