No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Hands-On Assembly:

Learn to build world-class lift trucks from the ground up, using power tools and advanced machinery to assemble components for industrial and military vehicles.

Safety First Mentality:

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, strictly following all safety protocols to ensure a "Zero Injury" environment for yourself and your teammates.

Quality Inspections:

Perform basic quality checks on parts and finished products to ensure every Hyster and Yale truck meets our high standards before it leaves the factory.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with a supportive crew of technicians and supervisors to hit daily production targets and keep the assembly line moving efficiently.

Continuous Learning:

Participate in on-the-job training programs to develop new technical skills in manufacturing, logistics, and lean production methods (HYPull).

Sustainability & Care:

Help the Berea plant meet its 2026 environmental goals by following proper waste-disposal and recycling procedures to minimize our facility s carbon footprint.
