Due to continued growth, Country Roads Powersports & Marine is expanding our service department and looking to add an Assembly Technician to help keep up with demand. We are a fast-growing powersports and equipment dealership with a clean, modern facility and a strong team environment. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door and grow into a full technician role.

Position Overview:

The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling and preparing new units for delivery. This includes powersports vehicles and equipment such as ATVs, side-by-sides, dirt bikes, mowers, and tractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble new units according to manufacturer guidelines Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) Install accessories and components Ensure all units meet quality and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Work efficiently to meet production goals

Compensation:

$12

• 15/hour base pay (based on experience) Monthly performance-based bonuses Top performers can earn significantly more through production incentives

Qualifications:

Hands-on ability with a strong understanding of mechanical systems Comfortable using hand and power tools Previous mechanic, automotive, or powersports experience preferred Strong attention to detail and quality of work Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
