Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your technical skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement. Duties Use hand tools, power tools, construction, and machining equipment to accurately assemble crate and crating components for shipping applications. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with engineering teams to review assembly instructions and improve manufacturing processes. Experience Proven experience in manufacturing or assembly environments. Knowledge of blueprints and step by step assembly drawings. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, construction components. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with construction experience is highly desirable. Ability to read technical drawings accurately while following detailed instructions. Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
