Job Title:
Assembler Job Description This entry-level production position offers candidates the opportunity to learn and be cross-trained across all spots on the line, creating custom filters. No prior experience is required, but candidates should be prepared to be on their feet for the entire shift and pay close attention to detail. Responsibilities Perform light assembly work and ensure the quality of assembled products. Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards. Make boxes as part of the production process. Utilize small hand tools for assembly and scraping tasks. Essential Skills Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively. Experience in assembly, production, and mechanical assembly. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous manufacturing experience is required. Additional Skills & Qualifications General labor experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus. Why Work Here? The dress code includes pants down to the ankle, closed-toe shoes (such as tennis shoes), a T-shirt or long sleeve shirt, and if wearing a sweatshirt, strings must be tucked in. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jeffersontown, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
