Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pallet Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing and logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and inspecting pallets to ensure they meet quality standards and safety regulations. Your work will directly contribute to the efficient movement and storage of goods across various industries, including warehousing, distribution, and retail. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in construction, carpentry, or manufacturing to apply their skills in a fast-paced environment that values precision, safety, and teamwork. Responsibilities Assemble pallets using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment according to specifications and schematics Inspect completed pallets for structural integrity, ensuring they meet load-bearing requirements and safety standards Use blueprint reading skills to interpret design plans and assembly instructions accurately Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials to assemble pallets efficiently Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and productivity on the manufacturing floor Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and improve processes Follow safety protocols related to construction site experience, rebar installation, or other relevant industry standards Requirements Prior experience with construction estimating, framing, trim carpentry, or woodworking is highly desirable Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, schematics, and blueprint reading Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and OSHA regulations Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control during assembly processes Experience in manufacturing or restoration industries is a plus Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Join our team as a Pallet Assembler if you are eager to contribute your craftsmanship skills in a vibrant environment that values safety, precision, and efficiency.
