Maintain a clean and organized inspection area and ensure tools and equipment remain in proper working condition. Ability to stand for the majority of the shift and handle repetitive tasks safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and dimensional variances. Willingness to work extended hours, including 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, based on production needs.
