Duties Operate assembly line equipment and machinery, including power tools and hand tools, to assemble components accurately and efficiently. Use forklift trucks to move raw materials, finished products, and supplies within the manufacturing facility. Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Inspect products at various stages of assembly to ensure quality standards are met. Assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues and perform minor repairs when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including warehouse areas. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve workflow processes. Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly line operations are essential. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment such as forklifts. Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality control. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and factory safety regulations. Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
