Assembly Technician

Assembly Technician•Powersports (Polaris & Can-Am) Louisiana Power Sports•Bossier City, LA Ready to build the machines people dream about? We're looking for a skilled Assembly Technician to join our fast-growing powersports dealership. If you take pride in quality work, move with urgency, and know your way around Polaris and Can-Am units — we want to talk.

What You'll Do:

Assemble new Polaris and Can-Am ATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides to factory standards Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and ensure units are customer-ready Install accessories (winches, roofs, audio systems, etc.) Diagnose and correct assembly or setup issues Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Work closely with Service and Sales teams to meet delivery timelines

What We're Looking For:

Experience assembling Polaris and/or Can-Am units preferred Mechanical aptitude (powersports, automotive, or similar background) Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume shop Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Reliable, team-oriented, and self-motivated

$13.00•$16.00 per hour
