Updated 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary The Licensed Rotary-Wing Mechanic maintains and ensures the airworthiness of helicopters, including Bell 407, Sikorsky S76 and S92, and Airbus EC135, EC145, AS35, and H125 models. This role performs inspections, maintenance, and repairs to support rotorcraft MRO operations while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer instructions, and company maintenance standards. $83,200-$93,600.00/annual Education & Job Requirements- Current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic license.
- A minimum of 5 years of commercial rotary-wing maintenance experience; experience with Bell 407, Sikorsky S76 and S92, and Airbus EC135, EC145, AS35, and H125 helicopters highly desirable.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings. Preferred Skills
- Inspection Authorization.
- Experience mentoring or collaborating with peers.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and logbooks. Job Duties & Functions
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Bell 407, Sikorsky S76 and S92, Airbus
EC135, EC145, AS35, H125
helicopters, and other commercial rotorcraft.- Inspect, repair, and maintain aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards.
- Follow manufacturer instructions, maintenance manuals, and company specifications for assigned work.
- Maintain standards while implementing approved changes and modifications.
- Perform repairs and maintenance to the highest quality in a Part 145 Repair Station environment.
- Maintain aircraft parts, logbooks, and other documentation necessary for assigned tasks.
- Demonstrate a positive, self-motivated, team-oriented attitude.
