Assembler Roles Talent Community Assembler Pay Rate:

$18.00/hour

• $27.

00/hour on W2, depending on experience.

Work Schedule:

Day Shift:

Monday to Friday | 7:30 am

• 5:30 pm

Night Shift:

Monday to Thursday | 5:00 pm

• 3:30 am

Weekend Shift:

Friday to Sunday | 5:00 am

• 5:30 pm

Onsite

Duration:

6-month contract with possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.

Standard License and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are required. Raise is currently hiring an Assembler on behalf of our client. They're expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components of all products, selecting the correct tools and fixtures.
• Test assembled products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.
• Read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent tools and rework techniques.
• Operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.
• Create labor records for all transactions.
• Ensure good housekeeping within own work area.
• Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to relating Risk Assessments.
• Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
• Must be mechanically adept; able to use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read, interpret, and carry out written and oral instructions; write legibly.
• Experience working with assembly related operations or equivalent preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa Sponsorship. VEVRAA Federal Contractor
