Role Overview:

As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality fabrication and assembly of parts and mechanisms that meet product specifications. You will work with both hand and power tools to assemble units and perform testing and calibration to verify that all products meet required tolerances. This is a hands-on role w your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot will directly impact product quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble fabricated parts using hand tools and power tools according to product specifications. Test and calibrateponents to meet required tolerances and ensure the final product is within product specifications. Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and make necessary repairs to meet requirements. Ensure the final product is in fullpliance with safety standards and quality expectations. Work closely with team members to ensure production goals and timelines are met. Follow established guidelines and instructions to perform assembly tasks under supervision.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. 2-4 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field. Experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly. Ability to perform calibration and testing of mechanical units. Strong attention to detail andmitment to quality. Ability to follow guidelines and work under immediate supervision.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift objects exceeding 30 lbs. and engage in repetitive movements. Exposure to machine, chemical, and other physical risks as part of the job. Why Join Us? Pay Details:
