Job Description

As an Assembler Level 4 here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in assembling complex components and systems with precision and efficiency to support our manufacturing operations. You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you'll work out of our Acton, MA location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the quality and timeliness of our product assembly processes, ensuring that all assemblies meet stringent quality standards and production deadlines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1st shift 7:00am
  • 3:30pm Monday
  • Friday Leading a team of 3
  • 5 people Perform detailed assembly of components and systems according to engineering specifications and work instructions.
Inspect parts and assemblies for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues and improve processes. Completing daily pod schedule
YOU MUST HAVE
1+ year of experience in assembly work with a focus on precision and quality in a manufacturing environment. 1+ years of experienced reading and interpreting engineering drawings and work instructions accurately. 1+ years of proven leadership experieince
WE VALUE
High school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with quality control processes and standards applicable to assembly operations. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to assembly tasks. Strong knowledge of assembly tools, equipment, and safety procedures. Experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to new assembly techniques and technologies.
