Education Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience Requirements Minimum 3 years of manufacturing, assembly, or R D technician experience
Experience working with small components and precision assembly
Medical device, cleanroom, or regulated manufacturing experience preferred Job Duties Assemble small, intricate medical device components using manual and semi-automated equipment
Follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and manufacturing procedures
Operate basic manufacturing and inspection equipment in a laboratory or cleanroom setting
Record production data, observations, and build results
Assist with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and process improvements
Collaborate with engineering teams to support product development and manufacturing builds
Maintain accurate documentation and support quality standards Physical Capabilities Ability to work with small parts under magnification or a microscope
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks
Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and following GMP/ISO procedures
