Assembler 1 - 1st Shift The Assembler 1 position is located in Andover, MA and offers a contract-to-hire opportunity. Shift of the Assembler 1: 1st shift - 7AM-3:30PM Pay Rate/Salary of the Assembler 1: $18/hr Responsibilities of the Assembler 1: Perform a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determine and follow methods and sequence of operations in wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing. Make set-ups and adjustments while holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. Test equipment and products as required. Engage in physical activities including lifting, moving, and repetitive hand motions. Qualifications of the Assembler 1: 0-1 year of related experience required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Good manual dexterity and coordination are essential. Strong communication skills to convey information clearly. Dedication to safety in handling mechanical and electrical hardware.
