$21.42 per hour Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available We are hiring Cleanroom Assembly Technicians for a medical manufacturing facility in Devens, MA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on assembly work and wants to gain experience in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. Cleanroom experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with manufacturing, production, assembly, medical device, or other hands-on experience are encouraged to apply. Available Shifts1st Shift

• Monday-Thursday | 5:30 AM-4:00 PM2nd Shift
• Monday-Thursday | 3:45 PM-2:15 AM3rd Shift
• Friday-Sunday | 6:00 AM-6:30 PM Enjoy a 3

What You'll DoAssemble single-use products used within the medical and biopharmaceutical industryBuild, clean, and package products according to established procedures and specificationsUse basic hand and measurement tools during assemblyFollow drawings, work instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Inspect your work to ensure products meet quality standardsComplete required production documentationMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow cleanroom protocols and manufacturing proceduresHelp maintain accurate inventory by properly returning unused parts and componentsMeet production schedules while maintaining a strong focus on qualityWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED0-2 years of manufacturing or production experienceComfortable performing detailed, hands-on assembly workAbility to use basic hand and measurement toolsBasic Microsoft Office familiarityStrong attention to detailDependable and able to follow written proceduresComfortable standing for up to 95% of the workdayWilling to learn and work as part of a teamPrevious cleanroom experience, experience reading engineering drawings, or Lean manufacturing knowledge is a plus but not required.
