Overview Job Summary Working under general supervision, and utilizing simple tools or fixtures, this position is responsible to perform production operations as defined by: visual aids, assembly drawings, and written or verbal manufacturing instructions. Responsibilities Key Accountabilities Assembles, disassembles, or performs process steps on our products Achieves quality and productivity according to established standards Routes finished products to their designated location Processes accurate inventory transactions Perform routine inventory cycle counts Maintain "5S" standards for their work area Participate in Continuous Improvement activities Networking/Key Relationships To be determined based on department needs Qualifications Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position: High School degree or equivalent preferred. 0-2 years applicable experience in a manufacturing or equivalent environment preferred. Equivalent is understood as having performed similar tasks, utilized similar tools and equipment, and worked towards defined quality and productivity standards. Other industry experience and transferable skills/experience may be considered.
