$22.00/hour Job Summary We are seeking reliable Clean Room Assemblers to join a manufacturing team in Billerica, MA. This position involves assembling products in a controlled cleanroom environment while following detailed work instructions and quality standards. Manufacturing experience is preferred, but candidates with any hands-on manufacturing or production experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Assemble components and products according to work instructions, drawings, and established procedures. Perform hands-on assembly using basic hand tools and production equipment. Work in a cleanroom environment while following gowning and cleanliness procedures. Inspect components and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy. Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Complete required production and quality documentation. Work effectively as part of a production team to meet daily goals. Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or other hands-on industrial experience preferred. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow required procedures. Good hand dexterity and ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks. Reliable attendance and ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule. Willingness to learn new assembly processes and equipment. Notes Openings available on 1st and 2nd shift . No background check or drug test required. Manufacturing experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates with relevant hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.
