In this role, you will assemble mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components, follow technical documentation, and collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality robotic solutions. Key Responsibilities Assemble robotic systems and subassemblies including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electromechanical components Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions Perform system-level and subassembly testing, troubleshooting, and rework as needed Use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and measurement equipment safely and accurately Identify and report design, process, or quality issues; provide feedback to engineering Maintain accurate build records, test results, and quality documentation Support continuous improvement efforts for assembly processes and work instructions Follow all safety, quality, and ESD procedures Assist with system installation, commissioning, or field support as required (may include occasional travel) Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED; technical school or associate degree preferred 2+ years of experience assembling mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical systems Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics Experience with hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to follow structured processes while adapting to evolving designs Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or R D environment Preferred Qualifications Experience assembling industrial robots, automation equipment, or conveyor systems Basic electrical wiring and cable-harnessing experience Familiarity with pneumatics, sensors, motors, and motion systems Experience working alongside engineers in a prototype or low-volume production environment Experience performing hi pot and ground bind testing Forklift, lift, or rigging experience Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to [40-50] lbs with or without assistance Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work with tools for extended periods Ability to work safely around moving machinery and electrical equipment
