Job Description

Assemble cable and wire harness products using hand tools, soldering, crimping, and electrical test equipment while following technical drawings and quality standards. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Proficiency with hand tools, crimping, soldering, and electrical test equipment Familiarity with shielding and solder-style terminations Ability to inspect assemblies and verify production requirements Ability to use measuring devices and multi-meters to check continuity, resistance, and circuit integrity Ability to set up, operate, and maintain wire and cable preparation machinery Ability to follow work instructions and company procedures Preferred Skills Experience assembling cable and wire harness products Experience working with wire and cable preparation machinery such as stripping, cutting, and crimping equipment Experience working under
ISO 9001
quality standards Experience supporting 6S and lean manufacturing initiatives Experience performing first-piece inspection Job Responsibilities Assemble cable and wire harness products using hand tools, soldering equipment, crimpers, and measuring devices Interpret and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions Ensure compliance with
ISO 9001
quality standards and company procedures Inspect assemblies and verify first-piece approval before continuing production Use electrical test equipment to check continuity, resistance, and circuit integrity Set up, operate, and maintain wire and cable preparation machinery Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the work area Support continuous improvement, 6S, and lean manufacturing activities
Pay:
